Mr. McAfee worked as a consultant to PainCare Holdings on the formation of Integrated Pain Solutions from November 2006 until taking his current position in April 2007. He is responsible for overall system development, from initial patient contact with the call center to clinical outcomes studies.

Mr. McAfee has been in IT for twenty years. Before coming to IPS, he spent twelve years as a contractor for the United States Navy in Virginia, seven in the banking industry in Chicago, and assisted in the development of a pain-centric electronic medical record system. His specialty is database design and implementation. He attended Towson University in Maryland and served with the United States Army for six years. Although he grew up on the east coast, he adopted Chicago as his hometown and is a suffering Cubs fan.
